Handing the keys to our studio unit last month got us feeling all nostalgic and bittersweet - well, it was our home for the past two years! As such, we decided to compile a visual journal of our little studio as we traced back the two years.
Securing the studio was the easy part - furnishing it was the headache! After securing the space, the both of us sat down to discuss the aesthetics of the space and with a small space of 380sqft, we knew we had our work cut out for us!
The studio needed to serve two main purpose: (1) as a showroom for our customers to browse our products and learn more about the artists; as well as a (2) workspace where the both of us would be doing the unboxing, taking photos, packing orders etc (and replying to customers of course)!
We've finally gotten our own cozy little showroom in an industrial estate in Macpherson after 1 year+!
Ever since Eat & Sip started, we'd always wanted a space where our customers can come in to browse and touch the products before purchasing. But it did not make financial sense to rent a space in land-locked Singapore until late 2017!
