This bud-vase series by Courtney Hamill is sure to set you drooling over aesthetically-pleasant handmade tableware! The simple form of these vases was designed to accentuate whatever that it holds.

This porcelain bud vase has been glazed with either a metallic black glaze or a clear glossy glaze. Then, the lower half of the vase was hand-painted with gold leaf. Each vase is handmade and slightly different from the next as can be seen from the varying brushstrokes and pooling.
