Where are you guys based in? Do you ship internationally?
We are based in sunny Singapore and we ship only locally for now. Join our mailing list to find out when we start opening our doors to international orders! In the meantime, if you are not from Singapore and would love to get hold of our products, drop us an email and we will get a quote to you!
Do you have a retail outlet so I can touch all those ceramic textures?
We do not have a retail outlet, but we do have a showroom (we call it Eat & Sip Studio) that is open on the last Saturday of every month, 1-6pm. However, we are open only by appointment so do drop us a message first before coming down!

What is your return policy?
We're pretty sure you wouldn't want to return your pretty tableware, so there is a no-return policy. We are also unable to do exchanges for our products as they are all one-off pieces.
We handcraft our own ceramics as well, would you like to stock our products?
Yes sure! Drop us an email with your work and we are sure to check out your site. Also, we are open to collaborations with any other companies/ individuals (doesn't have to be strictly ceramics). If you have an idea, we want to hear it! Email us, we don't bite!
Are we able to get a good discount if we get your tableware for our event/ cafe?
Of course! Again, drop us an email with your specifics and we shall see how we can collaborate!
I'm a stylist and I would love to use your tableware for shoots. Can I borrow your ware or do you rent your tableware?
We would soooo love to hear from you! Shoot us an email and we can let you know what's available.
What are your shipping charges?
For orders between $0-$99.99: the shipping fee is a flat $5. For orders $100 and above, shipping is free!
Which courier services do you use?
We use a combination of couriers such as Singpost tracked mail, Ninjavan and Qexpress.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
The delivery time frame is 3-5 working days (weekdays) after the order is processed by us. But of course, we usually will try to deliver it as soon as possible. If you do want your order promptly, drop us an email to let us know and we can try figure something out (No promises for any orders with less than three days lead time) ! Email: email@example.com
What happens if my tableware was broken during transit?
We usually pack our parcels really really really well so we have not had any breakages while shipping it to our customers so far (phew!). But if it is, let us know and we will either ship another one out or offer you a refund / exchange!
