[Seconds] Teribi reversible plate - BlueKandura studio
You need to get this! This dual-purpose plate by Kandura studio would prove to be a useful addition to your kitchen. Flip this plate around and you can use it as a trivet to hold your hot pots!
This side plate x trivet was designed to be visually captivating with a coloured marbling pattern on the bottom and a speckled colour on top. Made from stoneware, this plate was fired at 1230 degrees, making it durable for everyday use.
Diameter: 18 - 20cm
Height: 1.5 - 2cm
Reverse side is of a marbling peach colour.
Jakarta-based Kandura studio is the brainchild of four creatives and what started out as a small pottery studio 14 years ago has transformed into a platform for them to materialise their creative ideas across different mediums, ranging from biennale installations and wall tile replicas for a museum.
These plates are 'seconds' pieces - so they have various degrees of crazing but would work with jewellery, keys and any accessories. We do not recommend to use them for food!
